1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning or 2 tablespoons homemade seasoning
1 cup water
2 cups cooked white rice
1 cup nacho cheese sauce
1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 cup crunchy tortilla strips
4 large flour tortillas
Optional sour cream or salsa
Cook rice and set aside.
Brown ground beef and drain excess grease.
Stir in taco seasoning and water and simmer.
Warm tortillas.
Layer beef, rice, cheese sauce, shredded cheese, and tortilla strips.
Fold sides and roll tightly.
Toast in skillet seam-side down if desired.
