Potsticker Noodle Bowl with Pork & Cabbage Slaw features savory ground pork over tender noodles topped with crisp, tangy slaw for a bold and quick dinner.

Ingredients

12 ounces noodles of choice
1 pound ground pork
2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce divided
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar plus more for slaw
3 green onions sliced
3 cups shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
1 teaspoon honey
Sesame seeds optional
Chili flakes optional

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain.

  2. Brown ground pork in skillet until cooked through.

  3. Add garlic and ginger and cook briefly.

  4. Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and vinegar and simmer.

  5. Toss cabbage and carrots with vinegar, soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil.

  6. Divide noodles into bowls and top with pork.

  7. Add cabbage slaw and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

  8. Serve warm.
