8 ounces feta cheese crumbled
4 ounces cream cheese softened
2 tablespoons olive oil plus more for drizzling
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 small clove garlic minced
1/3 cup chopped green olives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or dill
Blend feta and cream cheese in a food processor until combined.
Add olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic and blend until smooth.
