French Dip Sliders feature tender roast beef and melted provolone on soft slider rolls served with warm au jus for dipping.

Ingredients

12 slider rolls connected
1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
8 slices provolone cheese
4 tablespoons butter melted
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or parsley
2 cups beef broth
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Slice slider rolls and place bottom half in baking dish.

  3. Layer roast beef and cheese evenly.

  4. Add top buns.

  5. Mix melted butter, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and herbs.

  6. Brush mixture over tops of rolls.

  7. Cover and bake 15 to 20 minutes, uncovering for last 5 minutes.

  8. Heat beef broth with Worcestershire and pepper for au jus.

  9. Slice sliders and serve with dipping sauce.

Notes

Pre-bake bottom buns slightly for crisp texture. Serve au jus on the side to prevent sogginess.
