8 cups cubed brioche or white sandwich bread
8 ounces sliced deli ham
8 ounces sliced deli turkey
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
6 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons maple syrup or 1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
