3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup brewed coffee cooled
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 to 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch salt
Optional toppings such as fruit or nuts
Whisk together milk, coffee, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Stir in chia seeds and mix well.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Stir before serving and adjust consistency with milk if needed.
Add desired toppings and serve.
