4 cod fillets about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon paprika optional
Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the creamy lemon dill sauce:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 small clove garlic minced
Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare baking dish.
Pat cod dry and season with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes until fish flakes easily.
Mix yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, lemon juice, garlic, and salt.
Spoon sauce over baked cod and serve.
Do not overbake cod. Adjust lemon and dill to taste.
