1 sheet puff pastry thawed
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest optional
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon sugar for blueberries
1 egg
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar optional for glaze
1 to 2 tablespoons milk for glaze
Preheat oven to 400°F and line baking sheet.
Roll puff pastry lightly and cut into squares.
Score borders and transfer to baking sheet.
