1 can 15 ounces chickpeas rinsed and drained
1 large avocado diced
1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
1 cucumber diced
1/4 small red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or dill
Rinse and drain chickpeas and place in a large bowl.
Add tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and avocado.
Crumble feta over the mixture.
