Breakfast Pizza features a golden crust topped with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory bacon or sausage, and melted cheese for a hearty morning meal.

Ingredients

1 pound pizza dough
6 large eggs
2 tablespoons milk
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 cup cooked crumbled breakfast sausage or chopped bacon
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar blend
1 tablespoon olive oil
Optional sautéed vegetables such as bell peppers or spinach
Chopped fresh chives optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Roll out pizza dough and place on prepared baking sheet.

  3. Brush with olive oil.

  4. Scramble eggs lightly with milk, salt, and pepper.

  5. Sprinkle half the cheese over dough.

  6. Add scrambled eggs and cooked meat.

  7. Top with remaining cheese.

  8. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese melted.

  9. Garnish with chives and slice.
