3 medium zucchini sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley optional
Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
Toss zucchini with olive oil.
Arrange in single layer on sheet.
Mix Parmesan, garlic powder, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Sprinkle evenly over zucchini.
